Permission To Attend A Tournament

To participate in a tournament or jamboree, teams must obtain permission from their PCAHA League Manager. Please contact your League Manager for permission. For questions, contact the PCAHA Office at info@pcaha.ca or call 604-205-9011.

For Tournaments within PCAHA

Send an email to your League Manager for permission with the following information:

• Tournament Sanction Number (BC Hockey)
• Tournament Name, including host association
• Location – including arenas
• Dates of tournament
• Tournament Format (potential # of games)
• Team HCR Number
• Manager full name, email, and phone number

For Tournaments or Exhibition Games outside of PCAHA but within BC

For permission please send your League Manager the information in the below checklist and the Inter-District Form:

For Tournaments or Exhibition Games Out of Province (including the US)

For permission please send your League Manager the information in the below checklist and the Out-Of-Province form:

Need an Affiliate? Use the Affiliate Player Permission Form (Recreational or “C” hockey)

• Complete the BC Hockey Application for Recreational Player Relief
  • Page 1 – by Association (including signature from President)
  • Page 2 – by Parent of the player being affiliated
• Send the following to your League Manager
  • Completed BC Hockey Application for Recreational Player Relief
  • Hockey Canada roster for the team showing players who are unable to participate
  • Tournament permission letter
